    • PURPOSE: Transgenic cloned cow producing human erythropoietin and a method for producing the same transgenic cloned cow are provided, which method allows economic and effective production of various biomedicines, and facilitates production of human erythropoietin in cow's milk. CONSTITUTION: The nuclear transfer embryo produced by a fusion of a cow-derived enucleated oocyte with a nucleus of a cow-derived somatic cell transfected with a gene encoding human erythropoietin is provided, wherein the cow is an adult; the nuclear transfer embryo is SNU-B4(KCTC 10450BP). The method for producing a transgenic cloned cow expressing human erythropoietin in the mammary gland comprises the steps of: (a) introducing a gene encoding human erythropoietin into a cow-derived somatic cell line to prepare a nuclear donor cell; (b) removing cumulus cells surrounding a recipient oocyte and then the cytoplasm including the first polar body from the oocyte to prepare a cow-derived enucleated recipient oocyte; (c) transferring the transfected nuclear donor cell into the enucleated recipient oocyte and carrying out cell fusion to generate nuclear transfer embryos; and (d) transplanting the nuclear transfer embryo into a surrogate mother cow to produce live offspring.

    • PURPOSE: A transgenic cloned pig producing human erythropoietin and a method for producing the same transgenic cloned pig are provided, thereby producing a large quantity of human erythropoietin in the urinary bladder of the transgenic cloned pig with reduced costs. CONSTITUTION: The nuclear transfer embryo produced by a fusion of a pig-derived enucleated oocyte with a nucleus of a pig-derived somatic cell transfected and targeted with a gene encoding human erythropoietin is provided. The transgenic cloned pig expresses human erythropoietin in the urinary bladder of pig. The method for producing a transgenic cloned pig producing human erythropoietin comprises the steps of: (a) transfecting and targeting a gene encoding human erythropoietin into a pig-derived somatic cell line to prepare a nuclear donor cell; (b) removing cumulus cells surrounding a recipient oocyte and then the cytoplasm including the first polar body from the oocyte to prepare a pig-derived enucleated recipient oocyte; (c) transferring the transfected nuclear donor cell into the enucleated recipient oocyte and carrying out cell fusion to generate nuclear transfer embryos; and (d) transplanting the nuclear transfer embryo into a surrogate mother pig to produce live offspring.

    • 본 발명은 서보밸브에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 자세하게는 유압작동유에 포함되는 오염물질을 제거하기 위한 서보밸브의 필터를 서보밸브 시스템의 운전정지 없이 교환할 수 있는 서보밸브에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명에 따른 서보밸브는 파일럿 유압작동유를 이용하여 엑추에이터를 동작시키기 위한 서보밸브에 있어서, 상기 유압작동유에 포함된 오염물질을 거르는 제1필터, 제2필터와, 상기 제1필터 또는 제2필터의 필터 전후의 차압을 측정하는 차압센서와, 상기 제1필터 또는 제2필터를 선택할 수 있는 방향절환밸브와, 상기 방향절환밸브의 선택에 따라 미사용 필터의 관로를 차단하는 셔틀밸브를 포함하여 이루어진다.
      본 발명은 서보밸브에 이중화 필터를 구비시킴으로써 서보밸브의 오염물질 제거를 서보밸브 시스템의 운전정지 없이 실시할 수 있으며, 차압센서를 통해 필터의 막힘 상태를 감시할 수 있다.
